You see, I had a 3.96 before but PHAILED this semster cuz I got a B in a super hard lit cl Honors and a B in ap econ. I'm in 3 ap's and 2 honors. See, i dont regret taking the lit cl cuz it really raised my reading standardized test scores for sat and act, even though i got a B, it was totally worth it. But I had an A- in ap econ all along. Exept, i phailed the last 2 tests and the last test I got a C and it was like 1/5 of our grade cuz of the hefty amount of points. TO top it off, i left homewokr at home and got a zero on that so in the last month of the semester i went from an A- to a B. But next semester, i'm gonna not forget homework and study Hard for tests. Basically our speed was too slow before so at the last month we did like 7 chapters and it was phast! But next semester i'm not in yhonors lit cuz it was only 1 semester and so I can get a 3.95-4.0 but i'm worrried that I got 2 B's in one semester Junior year so i'm worrried ivy leauge won't like that. If I get a 4.0 next semester and do well get 5's on all my ap exams, I took 1 last year and i'm gonna take 5 exams this year and i have good community service and extracurriculars and leadership, then I get a 33 on act and a 2250 on SAT is there hope for the ivy leauge? (not harvard cuz i know i can't get in, but say dartmouth or columbia? or is my gpa too low because I got 2 B's all in one semester? I need advice on what exam board and modules to do for A-level maths?

I want to have another try at A-level maths after just getting a D at AS level, due to not putting the effort in. Why do I keep having scary dreams?

I would have to say one of the issues is the hate that the Muslim groups are beginning to preach world wide. I would hope it is a minority of the Muslims but when the rest sit back and say nothing this is the same as condoning it. A couple of days ago it was Muslims in Egypt in a drive by shooting of a Christian Church, today I read it is in Malaysia and the Muslims where setting fires to three Christian Churches there. I can not understand why there is so much intolerance of other peoples religious believes. I maybe missing part of the news and maybe these Christian Churches are preaching hate against the Muslims but as I say I have not seen or read this. In western China you have the Muslims beating women and children to death, in southern Russia they are killing anybody that is not Muslim. All of this seams to have started in the past few years. I would hope this is just a minority of Muslims but where are the voices of the people that disagree with these actions?

Well, if you feel like he's the one, than go for it!! Just pay attention to his age. Are you more of a beginner? Or more advanced? If you're more on the beginner side, than I'd recommend an older horse that's been there, done that. As far as him being too young to start dressage, I don't think he'd be too young. Actually, I think the earlier, the better. If he knows the basics already and is comfortable with what he's doing, than I'd say go for it and start training! But if he's not as solid with the basics yet, than teaching him dressage will just confuse him and could make him lose the basic stuff. I'm more of a western rider, so I'm just basing it on how old we start are horses with training for whatever type. And we start rather early. 4 years should be old enough though. Again, in my opinion it's more about how experienced the horse is or not. It helps that you have a trainer, too! Hope this helps!

She may not have physically, but I think there may have been an emotional affair of sorts. 16 and have Ulcerative Colitis...?

I just got diagnosed with UC about 2 months ago..since then my doctor has given me 3 remicade treatments. I just got my last one last Thursday and ive been on prednisone for awhile. Im weening myself off of it (currently taking 20 mg) and last thursday my doctor started me on Methotrexate. I take the shot once a week until we get my diarahea under control and then hes going to switch it over to the pill. Ive noticed that im REALLY shaky all the time...my legs are weak and shake when im standing. This isnt one of the side effects of Methotrexate or at least it doesnt say it is. Has anyone experienced this while taking Methotrexate? I dont know much about my disease. Im still getting use to having it and itll deff take time so any advice is very useful =]

He just lost it and went over the edge. I don't think it is anybody's fault that he chose to do this. He had 2 hours between the first 2 he killed and then the 31 others. I think snakes are scarier. Even if they are not poisonous, they can still bite---which hurts like hell (believe me, I know), and they are hard to kill. Spiders are more difficult to see coming at you ,but if you do see one, there's a good chance that you can kill it before it bites you. And if it does bite you and it is not poisonous, you usually don't even know it happened until you feel itchy and see the bite marks.

To go one step further and make this more personal, if we add a complexion 1 or 2 shades darker than mines, make him 6'3", and give him a sense of humor, he might be a man right out of a dream I have quite often. But, the stuff that makes up the inside of these creations-of-God bewilders me and sometimes makes me nauseated. Life, unfortunately, as a child did not leave me with a positive male influence, but we are all human and I can appreciate the things that I have been through. I view them as stepping stones that built me up to who I am today. So, let us address that first, because I know a lot of people would love to say that my father must not have been there or he wasn't a real man for me to feel the way I do. Both may or may not be true, but both are also irrelevant. These facts may have distorted my thoughts as a child, but I am not a child anymore. I am a grown woman, and praise God for deliverance from my childhood. My status quo is purely based on my experiences as an adult in adult "relationships". My most solid piece of unbiased evidence is the fact that a woman is running for President of the United States. Less politically correct arguments are the fact that women raise children, work and maintain households, cook, clean, pay bills, change tires, shovel snow, and take out trash by themselves. And, having a man and asking him to do these things usually leads to an argument, which no one has time for considering we have to keep the world turning. I truly have a low opinion of these people. Hello! I just got a clown fish a few days ago. He has yet to eat any food I've given him. What should I do?

He is a tomato clown fish. He's been in this new aquarium for almost three full days. The recommended food I'm trying to feed him is krill (the frozen food alternative.) I've heard that fish can be shy and not eat, but how long should that go on? Also, he seems to spend a lot of time at the bottom of the tank in the corner. The PH, salinity, nitrate/nitrite levels are all nearly perfect and the water temperature, along with my heater, is about 80 degrees. Am I doing something wrong? What should I have done in this situation ?

Im thinking about this situation that happened years ago. I was at a nightclub in Dirtona and I got arrested for "tresping" I got in a fight inside a club and the bouncer pulled me off and carried me outside and threw me into a police officer. The officer then grabbed me and said I am under arrest and through me on the cop car. I was arrested for "tresping" i have red laws on this law and it is stated that "any attempt to re-enter the club" would have been considered the misdemeanor. I never was told to leave the premises? and the officers never gave me a chance to leave. The report says I tried to "resist" and tried to get back in. I've lost all respect for cops since this incident, I've always been a well balanced person. Until one helps me or my family in a situation I will continue to look down on you. I got a lawyer and everything was dropped, didnt have to go to court and expunged cause the prosecutor said she didn't have time to deal with it since I was a well balanced UNIVERSITY student. Why do some racehorses run really well on turf tracks, but not on dirt tracks (and vice versa)?

Just a few things to add to the first two good posts. First, horses with thin soles that sting on the dirt will often prefer the gr(as long as it's not too hard and dry), and most will not run down on the turf, as they might on dirt. Big Brown is a perfect example. They've switched him to the gr because of his chronic bad feet and the fact that he was running down on all 4 legs. They don't even have to wrap him now, probably because his feet aren't stinging and the cracks are healing. Also (in the US at least), the reason horses seem to develop into gr horses when they get a little older and run better at longer distances, has more to do with the options available in gr racing than anything else. Turf courses are much more delicate than dirt tracks so only a fraction as many races are run on them, and very few works are allowed(only with special permission). Because of this, there just aren't very many cheaper races written for the gr - it is reserved for better horses and longer distances(which the betters put more $ on). So alot of cheap dirt horses that might actually be helped by the gr, never get the opportunity to try it just because they would have to risk a big jump in class. Also, the longer the race, the slower the pace and the less the surface gets chewed up. Another consideration is the fact that grass courses always have tighter turns because they are built inside of the dirt tracks, so the horses have to be able to handle that aspect. Did you know that in Europe, horses don't even train on the racecourses? They also run fewer races a day and the crowds walk the course and replace the divots afterwards, which I always thought was cool. They do all their training at home in rolling fields and plowed 'gallops'.

I have a 96 Ford Explorer. Sometimes at start, the 4 wheel hi and lo lights will blink 6 times. When that happens power windows do not work, nor will engage in 4 wheel drive. It is intermittent, it might last 2 seconds, or a month. It may happen at any moment. I have checked all fuses, all ok. Does not affect drive performance. Any logical suggestions would be appreciated.

Okay...my stepson is 5 and they put him in pre K because of his birthday,?

but he has been in school since he was a year old. He has been getting in trouble for talking out of term and for playing around while the teacher is speaking and teaching. Now....he never does this at home or at his mothers and he usually listens the first time right away. I know this sounds strange but it is true he does. I think that the problem is that he is bored becuase he already knows his abc's 123's and he already knows how to add, subtract and Multiply. The teacher says it is because we pay too much attention to him and that he is too used to being the center of attention and that we should puprosely go and get an ice cream without getting him one so that he feels bad when he doesn't listen the first time. I think that this is cruel. Any advice. I would never rub something in my childs face....and she made my stepsons mother, my husband and myself feel that we were terrible parents. Lucid dreams.. OBEs.. Astral body.. Dmt?

Since i can remember i have had these experiences, even as a child, but i'm just now understanding the dynamics and possibilities of these experiences. When i was very young i had a dream i was flying through a forest on the back of an owl who swooped down and dropped me off with these elves who lived in a fire station, there was a small closet inside that they pointed me to and once inside i could see all these shelves that i was suppose to climb takibg me upward towards this light at the very top. On the shelves were toys and items of mine that i seemed to be leaving behind and when i reached the light i was in outter space. In front of me were huge marshmellows which were my suspended stepping stones leading me to what i believe was another planet. On my way i saw Willy Wonka who seemed to be welcoming me to this new world, but before i could make it there, i awoke. I had this dream nearly 12 more times that year and the only thing that i could alter was i began being able to steer the owl. As time has ped other dreams became lucid, i would recognize the bizaarness of the dream and say to myself, ok this is a dream now lets see if i can control it. Sometimes things that i dream manifest or somehow happen the following day. Sometimes i wake up and my body lies motionless but my mind is wide awake and i have to try and fling my arm around to wake up my physical body, this has taken up to ten minutes to accomplish before. Last night while i was sleeping next to my gf after a days worth of arguing, my conciousness woke up and was looking at my physical sleeping body holding my sleeping girlfriend and suddenly i heard her yelling and screaming at me like we were in a heated arguement, but she was still laying there in my arms asleep..? Was i hearing her astral body or something? Did her conciousness see me and try to start an argurment lol? This all is so mind blowing as ive been trying to understand these experiences. Any who have experienced similar experiences please share or give your thoughts. I have never done drugs in my life, but was told a dmt trip might really benefit me? MMA Beginners Equipment - Gloves ?

If you're JUST starting out I would reccomend going without gloves and just not strike as hard, once you get the basic form for striking you can put on the gloves but if you have these thick gloves it will not matter how you strike because the padding will protect your wrists/fists.

Why can't I connect to the internet?

Network card and ports seem to be running fine (multiple checks on both show working as intended also tried enable/disable, uninstall/install, etc) but when I check the IP address in the cmd prompt (ipconfig /all) I get "Windows IP Configuration" and there is no IP address in the properties of the network connection. Also in the cmd prompt ipconfig /renew gets "Windows IP Configuration" though "ping 129.0.0.1" shows good packet send/receive. Ping 127.0.0.1 comes back with all packets sent and received, none lost.

I've been doing P90x for a while now, I just started a new job where im out walking all day reading hydro and water meters and im starting too loose weight unfortunately. In the beginning I was eating alot because I was at home and the fridge was right there. I noticed the weight gaining and it wasn't fat and I was feeling good not bloated or anything. But now I'm usually just having a bowl of cereal before work because it so early (I'm not a morning person) then a granola bar or two between then and lunch. For lunch its a bun loaded with toppings, a yogurt, and a cheese string. Then not much till supper where I usually have a good big meal. Then after the workout I have a protein shake, and an hour or soo after that a I have a small snack, cheese and crackers, fruit, etc etc really depends on the time and how hungry I am.

im a girl, 12 years old, and about 111 pounds. im very active and have alot of muscle. i am playing softball on an all-star team right now and our coach makes us run alot like we run the bases a lot and stuff and run around the feild for warm ups. i do cheerleading in the summer (starting in august) 4 nights a week for about 2 hours. and take ice skating lessons during the winter. i drink alot of water thats basically all i drink except for an occasional soda or juice. i use to eat alot but i never agin a ton of weight i will gain like a pound or 2 and since last year i only gained about 3 pounds. some of the things i eat or what i eat like is....chips and dip....granola bars....ice cream....strawberries.....(fruit in general).....cereal and other stuff im not fat and a lot of my friends say that they wish they looked like me. but how can i get a flat stomach by summer and thin out my legs/thighs? i also eat less than i use to :)

But as far as sizes, you should be fine- the problem is that the smaller the size is, the smaller the triangle is that covers your - and also the string you tie in back is shorter too. i am a 36C and i ordered a Large. I lost 12 lbs and now i feel sometimes its too big - just from that- But, i like the coverage and didnt care about . the only problem i could see you running into would be that the string is not long enough, or not enough slack in it to actually keep it tied ( you know how ther is excess string in the back after you tie it - if it is even a string bikini that you tie in the back) But that material is so stretchy you will probably be just fine in it. If not, then just return it. :)
