Please recommend a modern book of common logs? Details below.?

I am looking for a light portable reference book for base10 logs and antilogs to 4 or 5 place accuracy. The reason that I want a modern book is to avoid "ye olde printf styles" and errors. It would be nice if the book was spiral bound so that it would lay flat when opened.
