How should i do my hair & make up for homecoming?

my homecoming's in 3 days & i still have no idea how to fix my hair or make up. my eyes are bluish grey & i have kinda long eyelashes. my dress is black, the torso has like kinda sparkley beads, it's floor length, & it ties around my neck. my hair touches the top of my shoulders, my bangs swoop to the left, & it's a very light brown.
