If you sue, win and the person has a job, how do you go about garnishing wages?

Here is the situation. I am suing someone who owes me money (even have a notarized contract). He said he knows he owes me the money and wont even come to court (so I win automatically). The person works but may not have all the money to pay me so what happens next? Do I need to fill out forms for the court to get his wages garnished?
