Hey guys i need help with this anoying kid?

alright soo i recently moved into my house and met my neighbors....(i am 12)...........they had a little kid about my age.....omg i thought he was going to be awsome but i thought wrong.........this kid is either the biggest liar i've ever met or the most anoying kid ever...........hes like coo lwhen you talk to him but then he starts saying hes a billionare.........he says he owns his own credit card(hes like 11) and healways gets alot of video games and even offered me an xbox 360 for my birthday,,,,,,,,i though wow then i saw his dads 97 graffittied van...............wow how rich is he.............plus he even says that he used to own a ferrari...........but thats not the problem here...........when im trying to skateboard the kid always anoyys me plus hes always calling me on my cell phone to come over and play(OMG wut is he 5) please i need help b4 i end up screaming at him
