How do you know if you're being seduced or if it's real?

I’ve been slowly getting to know a guy over the past 2 months. The chemistry between us could start a 4 alarm fire. So what -- it happens, right? It just that this “crush” started laying on the compliments, staring into my eyes, long full body hugs, touching me & flirting hard core. Plus generally he’s protective of me an has started treating me a little like a girlfriend so I’m hella confused. I tried talking with him about it and he seemed or acted oblivious to all the touching (sudden amnesia), but admitted he doesn’t treat anyone else like he does me. He sort of froze up & couldn’t talk initially. I mean I wanted a straight answer and I got a jumbled nervous ambivalent ranting pull and tug mess. He erted he thought of me just as a clmate but then he ranted 4 10 minutes on how y & hot he thought I was and all of the special things I've done. So there's a yes and no pull here.. Guys, girls -- Is this clic "game?" Should I pursue or step or go back in for more answers?
