The movie Surrogates?

Should I watch this movie with my little brother? I'm 21 years old and my brother is 11 years old. It seems like a decent movie but I don't know about the make out or scenes. I don't want him watching scenes and it would be really awkward. Please give me mature advise and only answer if you have seen the movie. Thanks! =)
