How do i dress this wound on my foot?

a hydraulic jack was ejected by the object it was lifting. it then slid into my foot and scd the bottom layer of skin off of my middle toe. the skin was no longer there, however what is left is a very fleshy area i would imagine the inner layer of my skin. yea not wearing shoes was one hell of a bad idea. however after i cleaned the heck out of the would when i bandage it a half hour later my sock was starting to get soaking wet right by the wound bandaging. i change the bandages but the wetness keeps coming back. im taking wide area bandages and cutting them to fit the entire would area . i then take a cloth tape to warp the outside to keep the bandaging on properly.t i can not keep it dry... why is my toe extruding a wet liquid and how do i dress the would the proper way? is there something i can put on it to prevent the wetness from coming out? i would imagine that is normal part of the body. but its preventing me from dressing properly. what are my options? and i doing anything wrong?
