Scene hair, but not a nasty mullet.?

i want a cute haircut. one that is layered, a little past or up to my shoulders. not an ugly joe dirt mullet, but cute little whisps and layers. i already have side bangs, but my hair is dullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll… help please? thnkas in advance!
