How can i unblock a number if i have a t-mobile phone?

my boyfriend has a tmobile phone, but for some reason he cant recieve my text mgs. we belive his mom has block my number bc is a family plan. i have sprint, and i have tried texting him with another phone but he still doesnt get them. is there a way he can get my texts or unblock me? thanks
