How do I get the crowds of gorgeous women trailing me to give me a little breathing room?

I'm not sure if it's because of my stunning good looks, or my powerful muscles, or maybe it's my fat bank account. Everywhere I go, throngs of babes throwing themselves at me. The shrieking is particularly annoying, it reminds me of Elvis concerts. So, I don't want to hurt their feelings, but I need some space. What do you suggest?
